In this Podcast Series on Healthy Habits, I have tried to talk about habits that have been great for me to cultivate in my own life. The kinds of habits that I wish someone had told me to hang onto as a kid and never ever let go of. This week's habit is the habit of "Moving More" a habit that I let fall by the wayside for several years while I was raising small children... to my regret. About five years ago I started out on a fresh fitness journey, it has taken me places that I would never ever have imagined. Honestly, the simple habit of moving: going for a walk, a run, a swim... has changed my life... it has opened my world to new adventures and doing things that I never ever dreamed I could do... I little bit every day really does make a difference.
