Habits are the result of underlying patterns of thought & belief that surface in our day to day actions.

On this mini podcast series I discuss my personal experience and story with how our thoughts & habits construct our reality,

On this episode I discuss how the most commonly formed habits we have are reactions to events and conditioning we receive. In heavy accordance with our ego's 'fight vs flight mechanism', we do not realize how much of how we react is due to use feeling like we are unsafe, or going to go through similar events in the past.  

Though these defense mechanisms are in place to cope, we do not realize after a certain point these reactions prove to be bigger dangers than the non-threatening events we deem dangerous.
