I was listening to another podcast the other day on healthy habits to incorporate into your life and unhealthy habits to get rid of. It then got me thinking about a routine and how I’ve mentioned I thrive off having a routine, but I’ve never actually discussed what this includes and how I started implementing these into my days, so today I wanted to sit down and chat about my healthy habits and hopefully inspire you in some way to live a more productive and positive life
