We all want to be the best versions of ourselves! Habits are the way to help us get there. Habits make us feel good, as well as provide structure for our day. When we develop positive habits, they not only improve our lives but also can bring us closer to God by allowing us to become more like Him. In this episode, I detail a list of the habits that I have been using in my daily life that have challenged me to grow. After listening to this episode, get out a pen and paper and write down a list of goals you have and habits to assist in achieving these goals!
