Welcome to the Cultiv8ing Ministry Podcast. As we walk through the season of Lent, many of us are have given up things for this season. Often we give up things like chocolate or soft drinks or even sweet tea as we enter into these days of reflection. We decided to offer habits that we as leaders could give up during this lenten season that would help us be more effective leaders. These habits were shared in by Craig Groeschel in his leadership podcast. We offer our take on a couple more habits to give up this week and will share the the final two next week. Today's episode share how and why we should give up "what you have always done", and micromanaging. Be sure to hang around for the random fact of the week about a lawsuit against a favorite cereal character.
