What comes to mind when you think of Rosé? Well stop thinking that, because it’s reductive and probably a bit sexist. Unless you were thinking it was just red and white wine mixed, which is not really correct but doesn’t have anything to do with sexism. Rosé is a type of wine with a long history and has been a big hit today, so we are going to pop a cork, pour a glass, and learn something today. And, obviously, have a drink.
