I’m looking at this glass here, and it’s clear . . . didn't we already do vodka? Well, it’s bubbly, so maybe there’s some tonic in this, so is it gin? Wait, this isn't alcoholic at all. We’re going to have to fix that, otherwise it’s just water, with bubbles. So we are talking about seltzer water, but is there more to it than just bubbles? We’ll find out as we dive into this topic. So settle in, maybe make a gin fizz or a Tom Collins, and have a drink.
