This week we talk about Anaïs Mitchell's Hadestown. charting is the story of the show from being performed in 100-seat theatres in Vermont to one of the biggest musicals since Hamilton. Talking about the political love story that inspires hope in spite of the tragedy of the piece, one of our new favourite musical theatre songs and wonder if the show would suit a live album.
