Don't forget to take a deep breath.  This poem is about the pause something like a wave freezing in time can symbolize so much. Freezing the momentum of action may seem counterintuitive to finding peace and seeking happiness. But a pause can be necessary to harness the energy and to continue stronger and even in a different direction.
