Don't forget to take a deep breath.  This poem is about the nature of water as an agent of change. Change is a constant truth the best thing to do then is to roll with it the best you can. Let your mindset be one of accepting change and preparing to adapt to change that will eventually come. While the world changes around us all it is important to note that we are constantly changing and growing.

Bodies of water
Make sands and mountains shift
