Don't forget to take a deep breath.  Think of the clouds, little puffs of water that have existed since the beginning as they play such an intricate role and the cycle of life for all living things. While you take a deep breath remember that you are 80% water and think  of the  water droplets in the clouds. You are connected to that water and that water is connected to you.
