Don't forget to take a deep breath.  As long as there is water there is life and whether you are meditating and looking up at the clouds with your feet in a river remember that you are 80% water. This means that not only is all water on earth connected but all people are also connected and just like the water that runs throughout the world lives forever so does our human connection.
