The bhoys continue their #DarkHorse series but the Globe must have been listening in since they went and endorsed the guy. Can't blame them.

David Halbert is running for At-Large and poured some milk out about his campaign and the platform, his idea of collaborative government, and having the opportunity to represent black men on the City Council since Tito Jackson.
