I think we are the generation that didn't have phones, tablets, laptops while we were growing up. We still have some experience of outdoor games, to have some hobbies, to have some extra-curricular activities. But as the phones and other screen options started to silently take our lives, we are in a big digital swirl. I don't even know how the younger generation might feel, especially during these times when their schools are online too! 

This poem is about switching off - laptops, phones, tablets. Switch off all the screen and take a break once in a while! :)
