Conversations on mentorship typically revolve around the value of getting one. As we begin to enter into those relationship the value becomes a little lopsided. No coin is one sided and the highway has two lanes. One thing we must both understand is that both parties have value to share. While the dynamics are different it can be a win-win scenario.
