Hallelujah of Heaven

Hallelujah of Heaven

“After this I heard what sounded like the roar of a great multitude in heaven shouting: ‘Hallelujah! Salvation and glory and power belong to our God!’” — Revelation 19:1.

After the fall of great Babylon, John hears something powerful: an immense multitude in Heaven, praising with one voice — “Hallelujah! Salvation and glory and power belong to our God!”

Think about it: this song is not just a simple hymn sung on Sabbath, nor a beautiful tune that stirs emotions. This is the sound of the whole universe acknowledging that God has won! It’s the celebration after the war, the certainty that evil will not have the last word.

What does this mean for me and for you? It means the story doesn’t end with today’s chaos. It doesn’t end with violence, injustice, corruption, or even with our personal failures. The story ends with Jesus returning and setting everything right. And on that day, there will only be two groups: those who weep over Babylon’s fall… and those who sing the Hallelujah of victory.

The question is: which group will you be in?

So many young people today chase after success, status, likes, and temporary pleasures — but forget to prepare their hearts for eternity. Babylon represents exactly that: a life system without God, attractive at first glance, but destined to collapse. Whoever clings to it will fall with it.

But there is another path. Those who truly choose Christ, who decide to follow Him even when it goes against the current, will be part of that heavenly choir. They will sing the Hallelujah that echoes for eternity.

So let me ask you: what has been stronger in your heart — the voice of Babylon, or the voice of God? What are you building today: a passing future, or a secure eternity with Christ?

Today, God is calling you to choose which side you will be on when Heaven begins to sing.

My appeal is simple but profound: don’t wait until tomorrow. Give your life to Jesus now, while there is still time. Choose to live for Him, because He already chose to die for you.

And one day, when that heavenly multitude raises its voice, you won’t just hear it… you will sing along: “Hallelujah! Salvation and glory and power belong to our God!”
