Laurie (Jamie) is a teenaged girl living in Haddonfield, Illinois, who is a good student and a babysitter on the side. Halloween night, she babysits a young child along with one of her friends, but things go awry when a killer from a Halloween fifteen years prior, Michael Myers, breaks out of captivity and begins to wreak havoc on the town he came from.
