As soon as Rob Zombie's Halloween 2 wrapped production, Dimension was hoping to fast-track a sequel by director Patrick Lussier and his writing collaborator Todd Farmer before they went off to do Drive Angry 3D. Why didn't it happen? JD and I get into it!
