What is so special about holidays? And what is so stressful about holidays? Why should we care about creating and maintaining traditions, rituals and holidays anyway? They anchor us for once. I wish someone would tell me about this long time ago. 

If you have lived your whole life in the same community, this may not make much sense to you, but if you have friend, who have moved, this will shed some light into what they are going through, and how you could help them, or at the least, hold space for them. And if you happened to move, not even continents or countries, you will benefit from this episode to evaluate your own holiday/tradition/ritual situation, and why it should matter.
