Third case of the Halloween Marathon : The Murder of Shanda Sharer is one of the most heinous crimes to occur in Indiana. Rage, Jealousy and possession were the main ingredients, that resulted in the kidnapping, torture and murder of a 12 yr old. So let’s get through it, because it’s a LOT sickening.
