Hamas has been conducting public executions in Gaza since the ceasefire with Israel took effect in October 2025, according to numerous media reports. Following the partial withdrawal of Israeli troops, the militant group has sought to reassert control in the territory, particularly against rival clans and alleged "collaborators".
