Add diced avocado and supremed grapefruit to a salad with Asian dressing.

Asian Ginger Dressing
½ t garlic powder, 2 T grated ginger root, ¾ c oil, ⅓ c rice vinegar, ½ c soy sauce, 3 T honey, ¼ c water. Combine everything in a little sauce pot and warm to slightly liquify the honey. Let cool before dressing the salad.
