King Arthur All Purpose Flour is best but Ruthie would have never paid that much for plain flour.

Seed seasoning
5 tablespoons caraway seeds
3 tablespoons anise seeds
3 tablespoons fennel seeds
3 tablespoons coriander seeds
1 tablespoon fenugreek
Grind in a spice grinder and use 1 teaspoon per loaf.
