In the past year, our students have been dealt disappointment after disappointment as their lives have been upended by the pandemic. Our Seniors have suffered unique grief at the loss of all of the usual rites of passage like homecoming, prom and "normal" graduation. In this episode we discuss how to love students well through these disappointments and give some ideas on how to celebrate our Seniors in particular during this major transition in their lives.
