You go through the interview, you’ve followed up, and now you wait. What comes next is either going to be an offer or a pass. Whichever it is, how you handle that has opportunities attached to it and is a chance to grow. Sara Struthers, Manager of Talent Services and Industry Engagement, shares how not to take rejection personally and tips for negotiating for when that offer does come through.
