We all have a certain day of the year or holiday that’s especially difficult to face. For me, it’s Mother’s Day, but no matter the day, we have a choice to control how we handle that day.

Not to diminish your right to feel and heal, but sometimes you’ve just had enough of being sad, angry or bitter- you want better!

There are a few tricks I’ve learned that really help make that day easier where you can truly be present & make the most of that day!
