I recently captured a photo of Derek as he was working in the Ormond Gardens. He is a master of creating a beautiful flow of energy throughout the landscape and he does most of it using just hand tools. Some people are “hands on” and some are “hands off”. Knowing how to find a balance for the best of the greater good seems to be the key.
