Thousands of Australian families are weeks away from receiving a financial boost. From July 1 Parental Leave Pay will increase from 20 to 22 weeks helping new mums and dads spend more time at home with their baby. A rise is also on the way for Family Tax Benefit payments to help with the cost of raising kids. So how much extra can you expect in your back pocket?
