A big hello to my first international fasting foodie firend and guest - Hannah! Hannah has lost almost forty pounds using mostly OMAD (one meal a day) and is very close to a healthy BMI weight. She works as an IV CLC lactation consultant in Canterbury, UK, and is currently going through the Zoe program to learn more about her gut health and bio.
