This is my very FIRST episode of MY own podcast! I have been having these desires to start this for almost a year now & we are finally taking action!

On this weeks episode, I am lucky to have a life long friend of mine, Hannah Towne. We met around 12 years old through club volleyball, and have stayed connected over the years even through the different chapters of life & the miles apart. Hannah played beach volleyball at GCU and has stayed out in AZ since. So now after 4 years apart in college we get to be closer than ever before!

On this episode, we dive deep into overall health & wellness, as it relates to being a female, specifically a previous athlete. As well as, mental health and the stress that has come along with college & covid era. Moving across the country from our small hometowns in Northwest Indiana. ANDDD last but not least! Our journey and relationship with God.
