Hannah Van Ark is a registered dietitian and former nutrition researcher on a mission to simplify weight loss and help people thrive by eating more plants! 

She holds undergraduate degrees in physiology, neuroscience and a master’s degree in human nutrition from the University of Colorado and Colorado State University. After working in heart health and longevity nutrition research, she adopted a plant-forward lifestyle which transformed her own health and relationship with food. 

Through her online presence and courses, she teaches how plant-forward, flexible nutrition can simplify sustainable weight loss while improving heart health and boosting longevity along the way. 

Hannah lives in the foothills of Boulder, Colorado with her husband and 14-month old daughter. She loves trail running, cooking and vegetable gardening, and is expecting their second baby in November 2024!
