This book addresses the concepts of positive psychology as it woudl apply to coaching. The book is ok but not great.

I did not expect much when I first purchased this book because I thought it will be just like many other books - full of theory and concept; but I bought it anyway because I think the author deserves it since he has dedicated his time in helping many others in finding their happiness through his website. However, when reading his book, I suddenly realized many new things about my true self that I never knew before. I felt that this book is very practical and concise as if the author knew me and my condition very well. It is very easy to understand and to apply. I found it is very, very helpful because everything in this book came from his own painful and experience like mine. Reading it, I can feel that he has put all his heart into this book and all the best of his intention to help people finding their own happiness. I really like this book and would recommend people to read it. It has helped me see my direction and give me guidance on what to do on the way to my happiness. I hope it will help you too.
Excellent Book!
I read this book in under two hours! It's well-written, straight forward, funny, insightful and easy to follow. I wouldn't even describe myself as remotely unhappy, but I picked it up and found many practical ways to handle situations and emotions that we all can relate to. This book is different than most because it actually gives you examples of HOW to be happier and appreciate life, rather than just telling you to be happier and enjoy life more like the majority of self-help or spiritual books. I thoroughly enjoyed reading it and would 100% recommend it to everyone, happy or unhappy. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll relate, and most importantly you will walk away with actual tools on how to live a more appreciative and fulfilling life.
