Let me start by saying that happiness is your right! But it will not be automatic. Given the negative or unpleasant situations around you, you could be tempted to believe that happiness is reserved for some selected people. Meanwhile, Happiness is a Decision.
Happiness is your responsibility, it is described as a state of mind. I am not advocating that you deny the unpleasant situations or negative people around you, I am only suggesting that you make up your mind and decide to be happy no matter what.
You will have to choose between being happy and feeling sad. You are in control of your happiness, as such the situations or circumstances around you should not dictate your happiness. Now you see why I have tagged this episode, Happiness is a Decision - 3 Ways to Stay Happy No Matter What.
It is about what you want to experience. It is about you creating the feeling that you want to have. It is about you taking full control of your feeling. It it about you, making a choice to be HAPPY, No Matter What!

1. Define your values and live by them
2. Reprogram your mind and remove limiting beliefs hindering you from manifesting your inner greatness
3. Pursue purpose daily (do those things that advance you towards your purpose everyday)
