Happiness...and Dog Poop?

I believe Happiness...is an inside job.

Too many people keep manufacturing artificial definitions and restrictions (which may be very hard to achieve) that make it tough to know if they are actually happy.

It's a lot different from 'material things', which are much easier to identify and place on a Vision Board when setting your goals.
