Welcome to the very first episode of 2023!
I'm still amazed that i get to do this--use my voice to share my thoughts and feelings about this crazy messy life we're all living.
I ended 2022 and started 2023 with a lot of dedicated time for contemplation and introspection. I did some true soul searching and heart digging to decide what things need to be left behind in order to make room for new flowers to bloom. BLOOM. That is my word of the year--blossom! But beautiful flowers cannot grow if their seeds are choked by thorns and thistles.
In today's episode i shared a couple of big things i unpacked from my trunk as i drove into 2023. Two deadly and poisonous thorns that are absolutely out of line with the person i thrive to become.
As you listen to today's episode, who is the person you want to become? And what must you leave behind in order to become him/her?

This week's blog post on the new year and the "Rebirth".
