Happy Valentine's Day! Do you do anything special with your partner or loved ones on February 14th? I have always had zero expectations going into Love Day, and last year, even with no expectations, I woke up on the 15th with a hurting heart. This is the one year anniversary of me getting my heart broken and a look back on how I navigated through it all throughout the last year.
