It is my partner's birthday!! Today we talk about recognizing how men show up for us in our lives. Whether we are in same-sex relationships, heterosexual relationships or single, there are men in our lives that do show up for us. This man may be a father, brother, causing, friend, boyfriend, husband etc.
How do the men in your life show up for you?
Do they:

• Try to take burdens off your shoulders
• Take our the trash & do chores you do not want to do
• Work hard at a job to provide for their family
• Support you in your dreams, pursuits, career, studies, passions
• Take on difficult burdens to make your life easier
