Old Joe is still ridin’ high after slappin’ around the Penn State Child Abusers like good people should, but he is having a hard time keeping his New Year’s resolution. He said he wanted to stop making fun of people not smart enough to be a part of the Big Blue Nation, but I don’t think that will last long.
