What was going to be a quick happy holidays from Helen (Mrs. Kratom Guy) and I turned into an emotional and heartfelt message from us. Helen shares a recent text I received from a listener who is doing amazing in her recovery and I open up about why these messages mean so much to me. 

I am so glad that I am able to use this show to give back and help others. This last year has been tough on us all. If you are struggling or new in your recovery I want you to know there is hope, you can do it and we're here if you ever want to chat.
