No episode this week, just a quick Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from all of us at Tavern Tales to all of you out there listening. Paige and Aaron are snuggled in for the winter in their new home in Airdrie; Savannah and Alex are with their families by their Christmas trees in Calgary; but the Goulds, us merry four of the Order of the D are in the Western Caribbean recording our adventures on the Royal Caribbean “Fantasy.”
Briefly I’d like to mention those that fell by the wayside this year. Along the way we lost Grace from Tavern Tales Junior who played Boris briefly and elected to move on to other things. Sydney, the player of Torin the half-elf monk moved on to Boston to pursue post-secondary studies, and we lost touch with the player of our favorite character, Sydork, played by Julianna. They are all not forgotten, and we wish them all well and hope to see them back at the table one day.
In 2018 we’ll be welcoming a lot of new players and new voices to the table and we look forward to sharing our adventures with you further. If you’re out there, and you’re listening, say hi on twitter @tavern_tales.
And as always, thanks for listening.
