The year is almost over, and I hope you've had a fantastic Q4!  For those of you who crushed the year – be proud of yourselves! For those of you who have worked hard but didn’t get to where you envisioned yourselves and the year crushed you, I want you to know you’re not alone. It wasn’t an easy twelve months for me either.
