Memorial Days is supposed to be a day of rememberance and homage to those who paid the ultimate sacrifice for our country.  So why does it feel like a day of celebration akin to the 4th of July for a lot of people?  Marty and callers weigh in on the phenomenon that is "Happy" Memorial Day.
