I’m not ashamed to say that this weekend I celebrated 1 year of abstinence 🎉 it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. While I have been abstinent in the past the longest time being over 3 years...this time I intend to beat my record lol I stumbled across a few videos and some other great pages of men and women who are just LIKE ME 😩 feels good to know that I’m not alone in this fight.

I find that I am the best version of myself when I am abstinent. I know who I am and WHO’S I am. I wish more people considered #celibacy and #abstinence 🙏🏽❤️ the way society is set up today all people care about is sex sex sex and nothing more. Feels good to KILL THE FLESH and have control over myself and my desires.
