Sisters Courtney, Carley and Cassidy revisit the topic of a previous episode (6, Happy Pants), and the idea that sometimes no matter how hard we try to put on happy pants and choose joy, life tries to metaphorically pants us! Each sister shares a recent story in which they made conscious efforts to choose joy repeatedly when challenges seemed to dogpile, one right after the other.
