My very first podcast! I am so excited to be starting my podcast adventure! I hope you enjoy episode #1 with my older sister, Amy Conway. Amy lives in Kansas City with her husband Billy and 4 children.      We talk about parenting, household routines, Halloween decorations, and how to make time for ourselves during our day as a mom! Amy talks about our responsibility as moms to set the tone in our households for our children; helping them adapt and respond to changes in a happy way. We talk about the age of immediate responses and how to teach ourselves and our children to stop and take time before responding and remembering what's truly best for our family.       I love how strongly she feels about giving yourself a little grace and reminding moms to take care of themselves. I hope you enjoy our conversation and forgive the fact that we recorded this in the fall ;) which includes decorating for the holidays with our kids!
