After a long absence, we're back with a new episode! This week, I talked with our freelancer Riya and her friend Dylan in a special episode for Pride Month. They share what it was like coming out, discuss the current climate surrounding the LGBTQ+ community and give advice for those who are struggling to come out and for those who want to be better allies.  Whether you're out and proud, know nothing about the LGBTQ+ community or are somewhere in between, Riya and Dylan's message is an important one.
