Happy Valentine’s Day, Little Critter

Today is Valentine’s Day and I’m really excited because…
…my class is having a big Valentine’s Day party.
First, we put up lots of decorations. I was in charge.
I stuck red hearts everywhere and Tiger hung up the streamers.
“Don’t the decorations look great, Miss Kitty?”
Then in art class, we made special Valentine’s Day mailboxes.
Everyone hoped they’d get lots of valentines.
I wanted to make my mailbox really special.
Ta-da!
At lunch, we had a special Valentine’s Day surprise for dessert.
Cupcakes! Yum! Yum!
Gabby gave me one that said, BEST PALS!
At recess, I worked on valentines for my family.
I made an extraspecial one…
…for my extraspecial valentine.
After recess, we exchanged Secret Cupids.
I wonder who my Secret Cupid is…
Thank you, Bun Bun!
It was time to deliver our valentines.
I gave one to everybody—even Miss Kitty.
Then I checked my mailbox to see if I got any valentines.
And guess what?
I did!
When I got home, I gave the special valentine I made to my special valentine.
“Happy Valentine’s Day, Mom!”
