Today’s guest is Maha Haq
Maha got her first job at a dispensary when she was 18, and her work in the industry hasn’t stopped since.
While at UCLA, she co-founded CannaClub for students interested in cannabis, went on to get a masters focused on cannabis, and is the co-founder of the Highspitality Group, where she provides consulting about cannabis consumption lounges.
To me, it’s obvious she’s just getting started. I know you’re going to love learning more about this awesome lady.
Today’s guest is Maggie Connors
After spending half a decade working in brand management for Pepsi and Starbucks, Maggie moved to California in order to live in a state with legal cannabis… and get her MBA from Stanford.
In 2017 she launched besito with branding that was way ahead of it’s time and quickly made besito one of the most well known cannabis brands in California.
In this episode we discuss Maggies journey with besito, from developing supply chain relationships to her recent acquisition with SPARC.
This episode features Andrew Watson, Co-Founder and CEO of Happy Cabbage Analytics.
After spending some time in the tech/finance world, Andrew started to offer some data consulting to a Bay Area delivery service to help boost sales.
Well, it worked. Fast forward a couple years later, and Happy Cabbage Analytics just closed a $1.5 million dollar seed round to help dispensaries better understand their data.
Andrew’s smart, funny, and very much so himself. I’m sure you’re going to enjoy his story.
This, is happy we met.
