It's been almost ~100 years since the destruction of the shrines of Ahl-e-Bait AS, Umhatul Momineen, Ashab-e-Rasool, and Shuhda-e-Islam. While the Muslim world remains quiet, Shias of Imam Ali are striving for the rebuilding of the Janatul Baqee in Madinah and Janatul Mauala in Makkah. As we commemorate this sad day, we should ask key questions to truly understand our responsibility as Muslims and specifically as the followers of the Ahl-e-Bai AS. Dr. Hatem discusses the following questions in great detail:
- What is the impact of Janatul Baqee on our lives as followers of Ahl-e-Bait AS?
- Is it sufficient to rebuild the shrines or we need to stand for more?
- Why was Hijaz handed over to Aal-e-Saud in the first place?
- What is so special about the destruction of these holy gravesites?
