What was clear very quickly from our open and honest guests was that this is an issue that is still highly prevalent and ties back into the topic of culture I've been highlighting all year.

Hony highlighted research which showed that more than £2.2bn is lost through bullying each year in the UK, and training for Managers, HR teams, and staff on how to combat this is greatly required.

My main takeaway? Make your board accessible to your staff so that if they feel there is nowhere else they can go, they have an outlet that will hold the company to account
